Shipping & Delivery
Delivery
Orders are released for dispatch after the payment method has been confirmed or receipt of payment has been registered. The stated delivery times apply from the day after receipt of payment, assuming a normal order volume. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Parcels within Germany and Europe are delivered climate-friendly via DHL GoGreen. Letter shipments (small items up to 50 g) are sent via Deutsche Post. Worldwide orders are shipped via FedEx. All important documents are enclosed with your shipment, and you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email including tracking information.

Shipping Costs EU and Other European Countries
We deliver, among others, to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, the Slovak Republic, Spain and the Czech Republic, as well as to other European countries.

Important notice for orders outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and others), additional import duties, customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are levied directly by the customs authorities and are to be borne by you. We have no influence on these fees and recommend that you check with your local customs authority in advance about possible costs.
If payment of the import charges is refused, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, the resulting return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Thank you for your understanding!
United Kingdom
Please note that we can only deliver to the United Kingdom under certain conditions: orders are only possible from a merchandise value of more than GBP 135 (approx. €163).
When purchasing in our shop, the goods are charged to you without VAT. As soon as the goods arrive in the United Kingdom, approx. 20% VAT and approx. 12% import duty must be paid directly to the shipping carrier before the goods are handed over to you. If payment is refused, the shipment will be returned to us; in this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note on the Delivery Address
Please make sure that your delivery address is stated correctly. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, or is returned to us because it was not accepted or collected, we reserve the right to charge the orderer the additional shipping costs for a renewed delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
Good to Know
- Free shipping is based on the merchandise value of your order after deduction of discounts and vouchers.
- Letter shipping is only available for very small, lightweight items and is automatically displayed at checkout if your cart qualifies.
- Delays due to customs clearance, force majeure or transport disruptions may extend the delivery time.
- Partial deliveries are possible to the extent reasonable for you – no additional shipping costs will be charged for this.
