Orders are released for shipping after the payment method has been approved or the payment has been registered. The specified delivery times apply from the day following the payment order for normal order volumes. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Please understand that after the drop of a new collection, shipping may take 2-3 days longer due to the high volume of orders!
Parcels within Germany and Europe are delivered by our shipping service provider DHL GoGreen. Letters are sent via Deutsche Post. Worldwide orders are handed over to Fedex by prior arrangement. All important documents are enclosed with the products.
Gift vouchers will be sent to the specified email address immediately after the payment has been registered.
