Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. A clear declaration is sufficient – the easiest way is via our returns portal, alternatively by email. After declaring your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to the return address stated above.

You may examine the goods in the same way you could in a store – for example, by trying them on. If your handling of the goods goes beyond this (e.g. everyday wear, washing, removing labels) and this results in a loss of value, we may deduct reasonable compensation for this loss of value from the refund amount. Your right of withdrawal itself remains unaffected.

Voluntary Exchange Service

An item doesn't fit, or you prefer it in a different color? Simply send it back and place a new order for the item you want – that way you can see right away whether it is still available, and you will receive it fastest.

For our voluntary exchange and return service beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, the following applies: We can only accept unworn and unwashed items without signs of use, with all tags and the quality label still attached to the item, and in their original packaging. Your statutory right of withdrawal naturally remains unaffected by this.

How to Prepare Your Return

  • Register the return via the returns portal.
  • Include the completed return slip, the delivery note or a comparable note with your order number in your shipment. If this information is missing, the processing of your return may be delayed.
  • Pack the goods securely, ideally in the original packaging.
  • Please do not send the parcel unpaid (carriage forward) – we cannot accept unpaid shipments. You bear the return shipping costs yourself, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We recommend insured and trackable shipping – please keep the postal receipt until the refund has reached you.

How Does the Refund Work?

As soon as your return arrives at our logistics center, it will be processed as quickly as possible. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we have received the goods or after you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

  • Prepayment (bank transfer): The amount will be transferred to your bank account. Depending on bank processing times, it may take up to 5 business days for the money to arrive in your account.
  • PayPal: The amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
  • Direct debit, credit card and purchase on invoice: The refund will be issued via PayPal to the payment method you used. Crediting by the payment service provider may take a few days and is beyond our control. For questions about the booking status, PayPal can assist you directly.

Returns from Switzerland and Other Non-EU Countries

If you wish to return your order from Switzerland or another country outside the EU to Germany, please note the following:

  • Clearly mark the parcel as returned goods / Retourware.
  • Attach the customs declaration (CN22 or CN23).
  • Include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase to verify the origin of the goods.

The return can only be processed free of customs duties if it is correctly marked and fully documented. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any customs duties or fees incurred otherwise.

Warranty and Guarantee

If an item is defective, we are of course happy to help. Please send us an email with photos of the defect to support@nohalfsends.shop – we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The statutory warranty period of 24 months from handover of the goods applies. Damage attributable to natural wear and tear or improper use does not constitute a defect within the meaning of the statutory warranty.

Beyond the statutory warranty rights, we do not assume any guarantees for the delivered goods, unless a guarantee has been expressly granted in writing.
