How can I return or exchange products?
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item does not suit you, you can return it to the above delivery address within 14 days of delivery of your order. If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order a new one. You can see right away whether the item you want is still available.
We will generally refund goods returned on time, provided they comply with the following conditions, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.
Please note that we can only take back unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please be careful not to remove labels or soil items. The goods must not show any signs of wear and the quality label must still be on the item.
Please enclose the completed return slip/delivery note or a comparable note with your shipment. If the return slip is missing or has not been filled out completely, the return may not be processed.
Please do not send the product back to us freight collect or uninsured! Our customers generally bear the return costs themselves.
How is the refund made?
After your return has arrived in our logistics center, it will usually be processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
In the case of refunds of orders with payment in advance, the amount will be credited to your checking account. Depending on bank processing times, it can take up to 5 business days for the money to reach your account. In the case of PayPal payments, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
For orders with the payment methods direct debit, credit card and purchase on account, we transfer the payment via PayPal to the account you are using. The duration of the repayment is up to 16 days and cannot be influenced by us. If you have any problems, please contact PayPal directly.
Important
If you order clothing from us and want to return it to Germany from Switzerland or a non-EU country, please mark the package as returned goods or enclose the customs declaration (CN22 or CN23). Also enclose a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt to prove the origin of the goods. Please note that the return can only be processed duty-free if it is correctly labeled and documented.
How do I behave in the event of a warranty?

In the context of guarantee or warranty cases, we are of course happy to help. Please send us an email with pictures of the damage to: support@nohalfsends.shop We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.
The warranty period is 24 months for the purchased products and begins when the goods are handed over. Damage caused by natural wear and tear or improper use is excluded from the warranty.
No guarantees are given with regard to the delivered goods or services beyond the statutory warranty provisions, unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.

Your right of withdrawal according to our terms and conditions expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
