Delivery

Orders will be released for shipping once the payment method is confirmed or the payment receipt has been registered. The indicated delivery times are based on the day after the payment instruction is made, assuming normal order volume. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Germany: 2 to 4 business days
Europe: 4 to 14 business days
Packages within Germany and Europe are delivered by our shipping partner DHL GoGreen. Letters are sent via Deutsche Post. Global orders will be handed over to FedEx after prior consultation. All important documents are included with the products.

Shipping Costs

Prices include the statutory value-added tax in the respective delivery country.

Please note: For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs fees) may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

United Kingdom

Dear customers in the United Kingdom,

Please note that we can only deliver to the UK under certain conditions. Orders can only be placed if the value of goods exceeds 135 GBP.

When purchasing from our shop, the goods are priced without VAT. Once the goods arrive in the UK, you will need to pay 20% VAT and a 12% import duty directly to the shipping provider before the goods are handed over to you.

If payment is refused, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
